HOW DO YOU
TAKE RISK?
In investing, you face two broad choices: aim to get the outcome right more often by risking a smaller amount each time, or take larger positions that can produce bigger gains and losses.
Win more often.
Choose the outcome you think is more likely and put a smaller share of your portfolio at risk. This limits the impact of each mistake.
Make each decision count.
Commit a larger share of your portfolio to each view. Correct calls have more impact, but incorrect calls cost more.
1. Choose Heads or Tails for each round.
2. Choose how much of your current portfolio to bet, from 1% to 100%.
3. A correct prediction earns an amount equal to your stake. An incorrect prediction loses your stake.
4. After 20 rounds, see your results and an estimate of your decision-making style.
